For more than 40 years, we are engaged in processing pelagic products and have constantly renovated our processing facility to ensure our products are produced to the highest food and quality standards.
We have installed a state-of-the-art smoked house and also produce high quality smoked seafood products for local and export markets. We specialise in smoked haddock, coley, mackerel and salmon which are brined and slowly oak smoked in our Smoke House.
